How does pricing work?
You pay a fixed setup fee, agreed before we start. The optional Care Plan is a flat monthly fee. Extra work is only added with your written approval.
Do I own the automations?
Yes. We build them in your own n8n, Zapier or Make account, so the workflows, logins and data are yours from day one.
What happens if something breaks?
Automations can stop when a connected app changes its API or a login expires. The optional Care Plan covers monitoring and fixes. Without it, contact us and we will quote the repair.
Which tools do you connect to?
Most business tools: email, calendars, CRMs, Slack, WhatsApp and invoicing software. If a tool has an API or an n8n, Zapier or Make integration, we can usually connect it. Tell us what you use and we will confirm in your quote.
How long does a build take?
A single automation usually takes 1 to 2 weeks and the three-workflow bundle 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the tools involved. We confirm the timeline in your quote.
