Terms of Service

1. Services

InTechPixel provides branding, web design and development, online store setup, video production, UI/UX design and AI solutions. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote or agreement.

2. Fixed pricing and payment

Quoted prices are fixed for the agreed scope. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only begins after your written approval. Payment terms and milestones are stated in each quote.

3. Revisions and approvals

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Additional revisions may be charged separately.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content and access needed to complete the project, and confirm that materials you supply do not infringe the rights of others.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, InTechPixel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

7. Termination

Either party may end a project with written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the date of termination.
