How does fixed pricing work?+
After a short discovery call we send a quote with the exact scope and price. That is what you pay, and any extra work is only added with your written approval.
How long does a project take?+
A logo and identity usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, a business website 2 to 4 weeks, and a store or AI project 3 to 6 weeks, depending on feedback speed.
Do I own everything you create?+
Yes. Once the project is paid for, all design files, code and content are yours.
Can you add AI to my existing product or website?+
In most cases, yes. We can integrate chatbots, search and automation into an existing site or app without rebuilding it.
Do I own the automations?
Yes. We build them in your own n8n, Zapier or Make account, so the workflows, logins and data are yours from day one.
What happens if something breaks?
Automations can stop when a connected app changes its API or a login expires. The optional Care Plan covers monitoring and fixes. Without it, contact us and we will quote the repair.
How does software and product pricing work?
We start with a short paid scoping step, then give you a fixed quote for the agreed scope. The scoping fee is credited to the project.
